Kya Meri Sonam Gupta Bewafa Hai releases their first song

Jassie Gill’s films release their first song: a cool take on the retro classic Leke Pehla Pehla Pyar.

Jassie Gill and Surbhi Jyoti are living it up with retro vibes in their new song from their film – Kya Meri Sonam Gupta Bewafa Hai. The song which is new recreation of the evergreen classic – Leke Pehla Pehla Pyar, features the leads of the film acing the retro vibe with Techni- colored sunglasses, skater dresses, and tight-fitting bellbottoms. The song has been sung by Jassie Gill himself and popular Punjabi singer Simar Kaur, and the music for this version is given by Avvy Sra.

Talking about the song, Jassie Gill said, “It’s a been an absolute cracker of a track to shoot and sing. The idea was to recreate ‘masti’ and innocence of the original, while giving it a contemporary touch to the retro classic. We had a great energy on the sets shooting the song, and I hope viewers really make this song as a part of their playlists.”

Surbhi Jyoti echoed a similar sentiment and said,” It is such a cool recreation of an evergreen classic, and it’s really quite an honor to be featuring in the video of such a popular track. I had ball of a time shooting the video with Jassie, and it was the bright colorful retro set-up that I fell in love with. I can’t wait for my fans to listen and see this track.”
