Ace choreographer actor Rajit Dev feels there is no connection between talent and size. In the age of rampant body-shaming on social media, Rajit backs strongly for brain over brawn. Dancing is similar to playing a sport. It needs a lot of stamina. So to keep my body and mind healthy and active I maintain a healthy lifestyle. I try to give an hour 6 days a week. Either I go to the gym or I play an outdoor sport.
He continues,” I am happy with my height and the built is the result of working out for the last 15 years. Recently because of lockdown, I’ve put on a little weight. I just need to shred a few kgs.
